Gareth is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers and a member of the Institute of Agricultural Management. He joined McCartneys in July 2001, following 4 years employment with a firm of Land Agents in Shrewsbury.
He is a partner of the firm, and is based at the Kington office in Herefordshire where he runs the livestock market and undertakes a wide range of professional work for private and institutional clients.

Mr Richard Gwilliam
Richard joined McCartneys in 1963 and has been with the firm ever since. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is on the Panel of Arbitrators appointed by the Lord Chancellor. He has worked at the Kington branch of McCartneys since 1967.
